Rainbow Boba Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • Milk - 500ml

  • Kantan powder - 4g

  • Cane sugar sryup - 50g

  • White boba pearls

  • Mango & watermelon - Diced

    or other fruits (like blueberries, strawberries) as desired

Directions

  1. Cook the panna cotta mixture:
    Pour milk into a pot, add agar powder and sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the agar powder is completely dissolved.

  2. Pour into molds:
    Strain the cooked panna cotta mixture and pour it into your desired molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

  3. Prepare the fruits:
    Cut the mango and watermelon into small pieces or scoop into balls. Cut other fruits as desired.

  4. Assemble:
    Remove the set panna cotta from the molds and top with boba pearls, mango, watermelon, and other fruits..
