  1. Make Osmanthus pear jelly:
    Boil the Osmanthus Oolong tea, let it cool, then add the kanten powder and cane sugar syrup. Stir until completely dissolved. Add the diced pear and pour into molds. Refrigerate until set.

  2. Make Osmanthus jelly balls:
    Add hot water, kanten powder, and Osmanthus syrup to a pot. Stir until completely dissolved. Add dried Osmanthus flowers and pour into ball-shaped molds. Refrigerate until set.

  3. Assemble:
    Add a few Osmanthus jelly balls and drizzle with Osmanthus syrup.

🏷 Tips

You can substitute the pear with other fruits such as apples or peaches.

Adjust the amount of Osmanthus syrup to your taste.

You can use different shaped molds to create unique jelly shapes.
